Your Key Responsibilities
- Platform Health Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health of the platform by tracking exceptions and effectively managing technical debt to ensure optimal performance.
- Requirements Analysis and Development: Analyze and develop new requirements to meet evolving business needs, ensuring comprehensive solutions are delivered.
- Solution Oversight: Take on a platform-wide role, overseeing all aspects of the solution including Marketing, Sales, Service, platform functionalities, and integrations.
- Application Testing: Execute rigorous technical testing of applications and enhancements to ensure quality and functionality meet expected standards.
- Integration Implementation and Operation: Implement and manage integration scenarios to ensure seamless interoperability between systems.
- Metadata Management: Identify Salesforce metadata that reflects changes and configurations related to user stories and commit these to the repository to maintain consistency and accuracy in version control.
- Global DevOps Operation: Ensure the effective operation of the platform within a globally organized DevOps team, fostering collaboration and alignment across all stages of change management.
- Git Management: Skillfully handle Git merge and resolve merge conflicts specifically related to Salesforce metadata in SFDX source format, ensuring alignment of code across development environments.
Your Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, or Software Developer with Salesforce expertise.
- Sales & Service Cloud: Proven experience of at least 3 years in Sales and Service Cloud. Certifications are not mandatory but are advantageous.
- Salesforce Customization: Proficient in both declarative and programmatic customization within Salesforce environments.
- Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in Apex, SQL, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, HTML5, CSS3, REST, and SOAP.
- DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and corresponding tools.
- Advantage/willing to learn: AI Expertise, especially in the Salesforce environment: Solid grasp of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, particularly those applicable to Salesforce
