A retail company in Selangor is seeking a sales support professional to assist the sales team in handling customer-related tasks and maintaining client relationships. The role includes organizing sales meetings and providing after-sales support. Candidates should have at least an SPM or Diploma in Business and experience in corporate/B2B sales is an advantage, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Assist and support the sales team handling customer related to task and logistical
Focus on selling and closing deals by taking care of the background work and after sales services
Identify various Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
Maintain client relationships and provide after‑sales support.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, training, or marketing events.
Perform any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or management team
SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in corporate/B2B sales is an advantage.
Good presentation skills and in Microsoft words, excel and powerpoint
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
