SANYU JUSHI Sdn Bhd – Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers both locally and overseas through lead generation and outreach them through calls, emails and customer visits.
  • Prepare slide presentation and sales marketing materials to support sales activities when required.
  • Prepare sales report, forecasts and budget based on historical data, market analysis and sales trends.
  • Prepare quotations, product proposals and sales related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (shipping, R&D, material control, production, quality, warehouse) to support customer requirements.
  • Maintain, review and update ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation including procedures and records.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback, understand their needs, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and conduct visits to prospective customers in local or overseas when necessary.
  • Entertain customers by arranging meals, coordinating airport and hotel transfers when required.
  • Handle customer claims / complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct monthly web meetings with HQ in Japan and report on the status of sales inquiries from new and prospective customers.
