About the role

This full-time Sales Support Executive role is an integral part of the BERJAYA CKE GROUP - Export Sales Team based in Berjaya CKE Corporate Office, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the company's export sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective client service delivery.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of export sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule export sales meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support the sales team with various marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update customer records and database.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the export sales function.
