We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Business Administration Executive to support our sales, operations, and cross-functional teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales administration, coordination with internal and external partners, and accurate business documentation.
Handle daily administrative tasks including recording daily sales, managing purchase orders (POs), preparing invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and related documentation.
Perform sales support and administrative duties, including handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping for all business and sales operations.
Coordinate and support sales activities, including liaison with technical teams, China team, and relevant departments on operational matters.
Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and vehicle allocation details.
Assist in preparing sales, operational, and management reports.
Record meeting minutes, prepare official letters, and assist with translation between languages when required.
Handle customer enquiries when necessary and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support as required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn and use accounting software.
Able to write and speak English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese (Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency highly appreciated).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
