  • Prepare basic quotations and follow up on customer inquiries under supervision.
  • Process simple sales orders and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Provide administrative support including filing and document preparation.
  • Monitor stock availability and report low stock levels.
  • Assist in preparing routine reports on sales orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address minor customer complaints or issues.

What you will do in this role
  • Assist the sales team by preparing basic quotations and following up on customer inquiries under supervision.
