The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry, preferably with implant exposure. Job description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Promote and sell the organization’s products within an assigned geographic area to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and market growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive selling results in assigned territories and/or accounts.
  2. Identify potential business expansion opportunities and convert them into actual revenue.
  3. Identify, search, and contact prospective customers to build genuine relationships, understand their needs, and find solutions that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  4. Provide customer feedback and market information on competitor activities to the sales leader and other relevant contacts within the organization to respond effectively to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  5. Build and maintain effective working relationships across functions such as marketing, customer services, and logistics to fulfill customer demands.
  6. The sales specialist shall also be responsible for matters ancillary to sales and marketing activities, as well as other duties assigned by the company, acting reasonably.
  7. Undertake other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the dental industry or medical device industry, with implant experience being a high priority.
  • Experience working in multinational companies is preferred.
