The Sales - SME Loan role is designed for motivated individuals who will be instrumental in driving sales of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loan products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses access the financing they need, along with a strong aptitude for relationship building and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential SME clients to promote loan products, assessing their financial needs and determining suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and developing relationships with local businesses.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses of client businesses and prepare loan proposals tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about loan products, terms, and the application process.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan processing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic changes, and regulatory developments related to SME lending.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, preparing regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or SME lending.
- Strong understanding of SME financing options and loan products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client financial situations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial analysis tools.
