Job description

Our company is looking for a Water Sales & Services Technician to travel between our customers and test for water quality. In this role, you make regular visits to our customers’ place and test the water quality, ensuring that the water quality is working and that the chemical levels are appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Extensive territory travel required. Company vehicle will be provided when traveling customer place
• Delivery and top up of Chemicals. Mostly outdoor working environment
• Collect water samples
• Test water quality and handling analysis instrument
• Adjust chemical treatment levels as needed
• Perform checking/tests on water pumps to ensure they function correctly
• Calibrate and maintain portable and monitoring devices by recommended time basis
• Keep detailed records such as service report
• Ensure compliance and integrity with Kurita method
• Reporting to customers and internal team on daily basis
• Able to prepare and submit reports on time.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma, SPM certificate
• Completion of a vocational or associate degree program (preferred)
• Knowledgeable about water treatment (preferred)
• Capable to handle internet and Microsoft
• Must possess a valid driver's license. GDL is preferred.
• Able to handle forklift
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
