Job Description

To develop new business and maintain current business for Sea Freight, Airfreight and other Total Logistics needs.

Identifying business opportunities, studying and analyzing potential sales.

Handle customer inquiries, and provide assistance to meet their requirement.

Resolve customer problem – investigate, prepare solution and discuss with Sales Head.

Prepare sales report and coordinate the response to the requests coming from sales team and customers.

Coordinate orders processing with the respective operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer’s cargo.

Visit to customers when necessary.

Job Requirements

Preferably diploma or degree holder - major in Logistic/ Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.

At least one (1) year of working experience in any related field is required for this position.

Preferably specialized in Freight Forwarder / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
