Responsibilities
  • Developing sales plans, strategies and activities to meet the monthly budget target
  • Investigate new business opportunities and increase market share both online and offline
  • Responsible for hosting professional presentations of our standard product line to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong existing customer relationships and loyalty to ensure that our services are well-received by our clients
  • Ensure that customer goals are communicated to the appropriate operational team
  • Responsible for creating and responding to customer profiles, as well as needs/complaints/inquiries
Qualifications
  • Experienced in sales with a dependable track record of attaining set targets
  • 1‑2 years working experience (logistics background) or any relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge in computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Good interpersonal skills, management skills
  • Multiple working location will be assigned based on business needs
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as required
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin language is an added advantage as the role requires handling clients who speak different languages
