Sales Representative (Consumer Healthcare Division)

As a Sales Representative (Consumer Healthcare Division) at Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success in Johor region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling Apex's wide range of consumer healthcare products to a diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, such as pharmacies, drug stores, and other retail outlets, to ensure consistent sales and customer satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for and onboarding new customers within the assigned territory
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including orders, invoices, and customer interactions
• Participate in regular training programs to stay updated on the company's products, policies, and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Familiarity with the Kota Bharu, Kelantan & Terengganu market and customer base is desirable
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
