Job summary

A leading company in the lubricants sector is seeking a Sales Executive in Butterworth, Malaysia. You will develop dealer channels, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely debt collection. The ideal candidate has a diploma, driving license, and at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in lubricants. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Lubricants, Battery, Tires etc) in assigned territory.
• To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
• Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
• Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Candidate must possess a driving license and own a car.
• At least 1 year of sales working experience in the Lubricant industry / Automation spare part.
• Hard working, self-motivated, results-oriented and honest.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage as need to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.
