Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. You will be responsible for promoting AVK’s range of products, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned region. This role offers exposure to international standards and the opportunity to grow within a global organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned region or market segment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing professional, responsive, and solution-driven service.
  • Provide product information, application guidance, and recommendations to meet customer requirements, including site visits when necessary.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Collect and share market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business improvement and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
