WINNER PLASTICS INDUSTRIES SDN BHD – Ipoh, Perak

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at WINNER PLASTICS INDUSTRIES SDN BHD. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing customers in the Ipoh Perak region. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a crucial role in the company's continued growth and success.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prospecting and generating new sales leads through active networking, cold-calling, and leveraging your industry contacts
  • Meeting with potential customers to understand their needs and presenting our range of high-quality plastic products
  • Preparing detailed sales proposals and negotiating competitive pricing to secure new business
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing outstanding after-sales support
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 8.00AM - 5.30PM
