Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development – Proactively identify, hunt, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Target Achievement – Take responsibility of monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs) and consistently strive to exceed them.
  • Account Management & Retention – Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Consultative Selling – Provide expert product knowledge and conduct demonstrations/presentations to convince potential clients of the value proposition.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting – Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide actionable sales reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Fresh grad encourage to apply. 1-3 years of working experience in Sales is an added advantage.
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and handle sales objections with confidence.
  • Independence: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own a car/transport for daily client visits.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
