Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle accounts, and ensure satisfaction.
• Visit new and existing customers to support sales and customer service activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, sales forecasts and monthly performance updates.
• Delegate or share information with related departments upon receiving new orders or instructions.
• Maintain updated customer records, contracts, and documentation.
