About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Operation Support professional fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (B2) to join our dynamic team.
You will manage key customer accounts, oversee the full supply chain process, and serve as the main point of contact for global accounts. Your role will ensure smooth order delivery, accurate demand forecasting, and alignment of customers and internal teams with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key customer accounts and full supply chain processes, including product planning, demand & supply, inventory, rebates, and logistics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for global accounts, coordinating with supply, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve short-term demand forecast accuracy.
  • Align customers and internal teams to achieve business growth and targets.
  • Handle revenue management: system updates, rebate forecasting, payments, credit notes, and audit compliance.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support; experience in a sales-related environment is a plus.
  • Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2, read/write/speak)
  • English proficiency (B2)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
