1. Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
(a) Property Agencies & Agents
- Lead and manage relationships with appointed property agencies and agents to optimize sales performance throughout the entire buyer journey—from booking, loan application, to conversion.
- Track agency performance and turnaround times.
- Train and lead the internal sales team to hit sales targets set by management.
(b) Financial Institutions & Mortgage
- Collaborate closely with banks and mortgage specialists to ensure smooth, timely financing processes for buyers.
- Proactively address and resolve any financing challenges in coordination with buyers, agencies, and financial institutions.
- Oversee the submission and approval processes of JWP, ensuring high approval rates and quick turnaround time.
- Maintain good relationships with key external partners and authorities.
- Handle key group purchasers directly, including site visits, roadshows, and sales presentations.
- Support sales activities and promotions with financial partners and agents when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to roll out initiatives that drive buyer interest and enhance brand visibility.
(a) Training & Team Support
- Train the internal sales team to work effectively with agents, bankers, and legal teams.
- Provide guidance and support to improve team performance.
(b) Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement
- Monitor agent and team performance to ensure targets are met within set timelines.
- Drive accountability within the team to meet or exceed sales targets within the stipulated timeframe.
