Job Responsibilities

• To manage the sales, marketing, and renting of properties to meet the goal and target set.
• To ensure the sales team deal with all enquiries in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures.
• To ensure all properties in the portfolio are marketed effectively, arranging for sales materials and brochures to be produced and issued in a timely manner.
• To carry out market research on property sales in the general market place and provide advice on type of houses, location, promotion, package and other sales strategy to boost sales.
• To work in partnership with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure the best services are delivered to the Group’s customers.
• To prepare reports and prove performance information in a timely manner.
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties from the superior from time to time.
• To organize roadshows, launching, VP and any others Sales & Marketing related events.
• Any other ad- hoc tasks requested by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as sales and marketing manager.
• Solid understanding of property field.
• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
• Candidate who is able to start working immediately is preferable.
