Responsibilities
  • Find locations to place vending machines and dealing with location management.
  • Performs sales activities and ensure all Sales Targets are met.
  • Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre‑sales, ongoing sales and post‑sales.
  • Coordinate and perform internal and external sales activities / promotions for events; i.e. road shows, exhibitions, product launches per Sales Plan.
  • Perform, close and key‑in sales activities / sales transactions as per the assigned target.
  • Close follow‑up on sales documentation; i.e. signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement, collection of full 10% deposit, complete set of purchasers booking data form, etc. as per requirement within the approved time frame.
  • Attend to other job functions as and when instructed by Manager.
Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated, result oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong and excellent communications skills.
  • Able to establish good rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or outstation.
  • Aggressive, willing to take the initiative and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales driven and independent in a fast‑pace environment.
