Job Description
  1. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  2. Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and meetings, deeply understanding their needs to drive sales opportunities.
  3. Act as the main contact point for key accounts, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and issues, and collaborating closely with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
  4. Monitor service performance metrics (e.g., delivery time, accuracy), identify problems, and take timely corrective actions to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations.
  5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to balance maximum profitability with competitive pricing.
  6. Develop partnerships with channels and service stations to expand service coverage and support franchisee recruitment and cross-region resource coordination.
  7. Conduct market research, collect and analyse market information, and provide data insights to support business strategies.
  8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
  2. Strong basic administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  3. Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
  5. Quick response and ability to handle customer needs promptly.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.
  7. Proven experience in account management or sales preferred; experience in the logistics/courier industry is an advantage.
  8. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  9. Sales experience in a large automotive repair workshop is an added advantage.
