Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving sales KPIs and business objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.

    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
    • Create promotional materials, event collaterals, and marketing content.
    • Support branding activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Write and proofread creative copies in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Bahasa Cina).

    • Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms.
    • Manage social media content, postings, and engagement.
    • Implementation of social media strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
    • Stay updated on content trends and recommend new ideas.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct basic market research and provide insights to support marketing strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommend improvements for content and campaign strategies.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in marketing, Mass Communication or other relevant field.

Experience / Skills Required

• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios encouraged).
• Proficient in social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic graphic design.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
