We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the interior design industry (commercial office fit out). This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Director in strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through various marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
  • Secure meetings with clients or consultants, deliver compelling presentations, and introduce the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends relevant to the company’s offerings.
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
  • Provide continuous support to clients from initial engagement through to project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director on business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
  • Coordinate with technical and design departments to deliver tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.
  • Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely submissions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the company’s brand and reputation by proposing and leading initiatives aligned with the Board’s direction.
Requirements
