Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities in wireless, IoT, and embedded systems markets. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts and develop sales strategies, with at least 5 years of experience in business development and sales. Responsibilities include contract negotiations and overseeing customer programs from engagement to delivery. A competitive salary of up to RM 15,000 per month is offered, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ODM and OEM sales in semiconductor or networking industries preferred.

It specialises in end‑to‑end services—from design and prototyping to full‑scale production—focusing on advanced wireless, RF, and IoT technologies for global clients across telecom, medical, and industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wireless, IoT, and embedded systems markets.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts through consultative sales and relationship management.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions.
  • Oversee customer programmes from initial engagement through design, development and delivery.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, and ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.

A competitive remuneration package of up to RM 15,000 per month is offered, commensurate with experience.
