Position : Sales/ Business Development Manager – Semiconductor
Salary : RM 20K
Working Hour : Standard
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development in Malaysia, with a strong focus on IC design houses
- Identify and develop opportunities with selected OSATs and semiconductor ecosystem partners
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies using personal networks, partner introductions, or direct outreach
- Build long-term relationships with customers manufacturing ICs across APAC
- Promote IC tester solutions and position the company as a trusted testing partner
- Collaborate closely with HQ engineers and technical teams to propose suitable testing solutions
- Provide market insights, customer intelligence, and competitive updates to Taiwan HQ
- Represent customer meetings, industry events, and regional engagements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field
- Semiconductor industry background is mandatory
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, IC testing, or related B2B technical sales
- Strong understanding of the Malaysia semiconductor ecosystem
- Proven ability to work independently with strong self-management and discipline
- Hunter mindset with the ability to build markets from scratch
- Business-level Mandarin for communication with Taiwan HQ (native-level not required)
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia and APAC as required
