Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and distributor relationships within assigned regions, including recruiting and developing new channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive regional growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, including channel business plans and partner negotiations.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, after-sales support, and participation in marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and territory growth plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Availability for regular business travel.
