Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in overseas markets.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met.
Sales Implementation: Oversee and manage the sales process to ensure effective execution.
Event Coordination: Supervise staff participation in weekend duties and sales roadshows.
Training & Development: Conduct internal training to improve sales team skills and performance.
Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports in line with company policies.
Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in overall sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
Vacant Possession: Help ensure smooth execution of the Vacant Possession process.
Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, preferably with exposure to international markets.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, planning, time management, and organisational skills, with a positive attitude.
Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with clients from regions like Japan, China, and Hong Kong.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.
Willing to travel outstation as required.
