Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing
  • Develop and manage direct customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with client business needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise sectors
  • Expand presence and deepen engagements within FSI customers, including banks and insurance companies
  • Manage and report sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and partner teams to deliver compelling customer propositions
  • Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to scale business reach
  • Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software
    Vendor-side experience is a must, with preference for candidates from cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, ZTNA, etc.)
  • Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks (e.g., RMiT, PDPA)
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope)
  • Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker
  • Open to candidates with system integrator (SI) background who have directly driven customer business
  • Consistent career history, with p roven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
  • Strong partner ecosystem knowledge, with references to successful joint wins
  • Experience working directly with FSI customers is highly desirable
