Sales Manager – Loan & Financial Advisory (Hybrid)
We are representing our client, a new start-up in Malaysia that operates a Loan-Matching Platform, in their search for a Sales Manager (Loan Advisory)
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers after handover by Customer Relationship Officer and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
- Identify any missing documentation required by lenders and provide clear guidance to customers for submission
- Assess customer financial profiles to recommend suitable and responsible loan solutions tailored to their needs
- Advise customers on repayment feasibility in line with lenders’ criteria and individual affordability
- Maintain effective communication with customers
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings to drive loan approvals and close deals
- Lead and mentor a subordinate, fostering a disciplined, self-motivated, and high-performing team environment
- Report regularly on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance approval rates, streamline processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any related fields
- Minimum 5–7 years in agency sales, consumer finance, bank loan sales, or similar fields
- Knowledge of Debt Service Ratio assessment or willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of bank lending criteria
