We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Grid Integration Business Unit to lead sales and marketing initiatives, engaging with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components (High voltage and medium voltage level), ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and drawings (single line diagram), proficient in understanding relevant software and tools for electrical engineering (CAD) and proven track record in sales, particularly in the electrical systems industry and utility.
You will have strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, strong organizational skills and attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
You will have the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, experience in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions, ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
You will have flexibility to local travel as required for client meetings and site visits, experience in leading and mentoring junior sales engineers, ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and strong leadership and motivational skills.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.
10 years of experience in the required field and industry is preferred.
Skilled in Sales and Marketing for HV/MV Solutions or Products, Business Development.
Ready to travel for business trip locally.
Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
