  • Industrial Robotics & Automation factory for metal, food, warehouse industries
Role Overview

We are seeking a sales professional with sales & marketing experience for above product sectors. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth in Industrial Equipment, Marine, Oil & Gas & Metal Fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Identify new market opportunities and develop sales strategies for emerging markets.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners and negotiate contracts.

Market Expansion: Monitor industry trends and drive penetration into new verticals such as manufacturing, AI Robotics and energy.

Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership. Possess a visionary view and able to lead by example.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics, or related field. 5+ years sales leadership experience in engineering or industrial products. Proven track record of managing regional responsibilities. Strong negotiation, communication, and management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
