Sales Manager (Calibration & Metrology Solutions)

We are seeking a Sales Manager (Calibration & Metrology Solutions) to expand our calibration products and measurement services footprint, manage key customer relationships, and support tender/bid processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new calibration business opportunities
  • Drive tenders, quotations, and proposal submissions to ensure competitive and compliant offers
  • Apply strong technical understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and processes in solution positioning and bidding
  • Execute strategic market expansion: identify growth sectors and potential channel partners, develop entry strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Navigate tendering processes and government procurement systems; conduct routine GeBIZ monitoring
  • Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates; possess CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Execute sales strategies and activities assigned by the Sales Director, focusing on calibration services and solutions
  • Conduct sales activities
