What you'll be doing

Lead, inspire and coach the sales team to consistently hit and exceed new vehicle sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to help the team grow.

Work closely with marketing to plan and execute effective sales campaigns via online, offline and across social media.

Social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and etc using creative content to generate leads, communicate promotions and strengthen brand awareness.

Ensure every customer interaction from showroom visits to aftersales support is handled professionally with empathy and attention to detail.

Identify skills gaps and run training programs to enhance the team’s expertise in sales, marketing and customer service.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity and internal performance to shape effective sales and marketing strategies. Maintain clear, insightful reports to track progress and results.

Uphold Toyota’s quality standards and ensure strict compliance with dealership SOPs and guidelines.

What we're looking for

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in the automotive sector with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and grow a high-performing team.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Excellent customer service skills with effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Analytical mindset using data to make smart, strategic decisions.

Self-driven, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
