Job description

Responsible for leading foodservice or convenient stores channel strategy and execution, driving growth through partnerships and principals. This role oversees the foodservice/convenient stores/petrol marts team and ensures alignment with product, marketing, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national foodservice / convenient stores / petrol kiosks sales strategy
  • Lead by example, guide and coach the relevant sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive channel expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Supply Chain and etc.
  • Monitor channel performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and margins
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years relevant food sales experience, preferably in FMCG Foodservice, convenience or petrol retail stores would be added advantage.
  • Experience with distribution business model would be added advantage
  • Positive, passionate, strong leadership and strategic planning skills with can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and negotiation abilities.
