Lead the respective division team to meet the sales target.

Direct and manage the Company's Sales & Marketing activities within the technical sales strategy and budgeted profitability.

Actively seek, develop and grow new market and market share of our product lines within the designated region, especially in pump market.

Liaise closely with operations to achieve a flawless supply of products to customers.

Closely to monitor and evaluate market activities and recommend appropriate strategies to stay ahead of competition.

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in related field.

At least 5-20 years of related selling experience in General Industries or Water & Waste Water or Palm Oil Industries.

Highly result oriented and aggressive personality.

Highly self-motivated & able to work independently.
