As our Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth, expand market share, and execute go‑to‑market strategies while building lasting partnerships across the renewable energy ecosystem to exceed ambitious targets. This leadership role is for someone who thrives on challenges, inspires others, and knows how to turn vision into results.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across commercial and industrial segments.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders: developers, consultants, government agencies, and large commercial clients.
  • Present and promote renewable energy solutions with confidence and clarity.
  • Undertake pricing, payment terms, high‑value negotiations and contract closures.
  • Represent Hasilwan at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights into product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
  • Deliver monthly sales reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the senior management team.

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of Malaysia’s renewable energy market and incentive programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, results‑driven, and open to nationwide travel.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of solar PV/energy systems.
