We are looking for a Sales Manager

A team leader who manages a team of travel consultants that converts inbound and outbound leads into sales. If you are a master of WABA (WhatsApp Business API) sales and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, this is your seat at the table

What you’ll do
  • Sales Planning and Implementation: Oversee the daily sales operations of our Travel Consultant Team in WhatsApp Business (WABA). You will be in charge of chat flows, response times, and the "Closing-via-Chat" process to maintain a 5-star customer experience.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Monitor the sales funnel from "Lead In" to "Deposit Paid." You identify where the leaks are and implement immediate strategic fixes. You’ll manage a dual-funnel strategy by optimising the Inbound engine while sharpening our Outbound capabilities.
  • Sales Coaching: Coach and manage a team of consultants from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for their KPIs, motivation, and professional evolution. You will be obsessed with increasing the conversion rate through product knowledge and elite communication.
Who you are
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in direct sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role. We value experience gained in high-growth startups or MNCs.
  • Expert in Closing Deals: Proven experience managing teams via WhatsApp Business (WABA) or similar CRM‑integrated chat tools. You know how to close deals in a digital‑first environment. You are equally comfortable in managing a high volume of inbound leads as you are strategising a proactive outbound campaign.
  • Data-Fluent: You don’t just "feel" how the team is doing; you know it by the numbers. You use data to drive team performance.
  • Strategic Communicator: You possess the "just right" touch— knowing exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to teach that skill to your team.
