Job summary

Available Work Locations: Sitiawan, Taiping

Responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that they meet or exceed the dealership's sales targets.

Accountable for planning, strategizing and overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales team.

Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in the automotive industry. Ensure that customers receive a positive experience during their visit to the showroom, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that the sales team delivers excellent service.

Responsible for training and developing the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Strength in problem solving and customer complaints fulfillment, issue resolution, and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.

Maintains a customer-oriented mindset, consistently keeping abreast of the company’s external operating environment.

Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills.

Remuneration Package
  • Basic salary + Incentive (total up to RM10,000 – RM15,000 per month)

Requirements
