We are seeking a hands‑on Sales Manager who can lead a sales team and personally drive revenue through closing high‑value deals. This role is execution‑focused and not theory‑based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to improve performance
  • Personally handle high‑value prospects and key deal closings
  • Improve sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniquesTrack conversion rates, closing rates, and sales performance
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews and performance coaching
  • Maintain strong follow‑up discipline and sales pipeline management
Reporting & KPIs
  • Conversion rate
  • Closing rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales or revenue‑driven roles
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in education, coaching, or high‑ticket sales is an advantage
  • Data‑driven and performance‑focused mindset
  • Able to work on‑site in Malaysia
