Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and close high-value memberships with HNWI clients.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in both English & Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.

Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in sales management within luxury sectors (private clubs, luxury hospitality, premium property, or high-end services).

Strong background in selling to HNWI with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Excellent leadership skills. Able to motivate and manage a small but high-performing team.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive client data.

Responsibilities
  • Personally engage and close high-value memberships (Recreational & Shooting Memberships) with HNWI clients.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and partnerships with luxury brands.
  • Conduct personalized club tours and presentations to prospective members, highlighting value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with membership sales objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor freelance/part-time sales agents.
  • Provide sales training, setting clear goals and ensuring team alignment with company sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, lead pipelines, and structured reporting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with members to drive referrals and renewals.
  • Represent Combat Shooting Club at exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
