A luxury service provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to engage high-net-worth individuals and close high-value memberships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5–10 years in sales management within the luxury sectors and possess strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive salary and attractive commission structure, along with opportunities for career growth within the organization.
Must be fluent in both English & Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in sales management within luxury sectors (private clubs, luxury hospitality, premium property, or high-end services).
Strong background in selling to HNWI with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Excellent leadership skills. Able to motivate and manage a small but high-performing team.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive client data.
