Job summary

A wholesale supplier of fruits and vegetables in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in FMCG or fresh produce sales, maintaining relationships with key clients, and training a sales team. Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and capable of identifying new business opportunities. The role offers a chance to contribute to a growing business across Malaysia.

Qualifications

Monitor trends in imported produce (e.g., seasonal demand, pricing competition).

Adjust strategies based on market shifts and competitor activities.

Train and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.

Collaborate with procurement/logistics to ensure product availability.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Experience: 5+ years in FMCG/fresh produce sales, with import/distribution background preferred.
