Job description

Responsibilities

1. Sales Manager outlet is responsible for the overall management and smooth running of the outlet's daily operations which includes compiling of sales report and collection report.
2. Responsible in ensuring the outlet monthly vehicle sales target are met and cost control is monitored.
3. Responsible in developing and motivate all staff personnel by displaying outstanding leadership values.
4. Liaise with Marketing and related department on activity (Indoor and Outdoor).
5. Managing, developing and retaining a highly motivated and high-performance sales team at outlet.
6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies to safeguard the company assets.
7. To conduct a daily/ weekly/ monthly meeting with Sales Team.
