Job Responsibilities
  • Closely involves in planning and execution of short and long terms business plan and strategy for the market that can ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets.
  • Keep abreast with the latest technology trends, product application requirements and market movement.
  • Responsible to deliver the target results – growing of sales revenue, gross margin, profitability and product portfolio for company.
  • Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationships with potential customers and existing customers and also ensure timely revenue collection.
  • Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets
  • Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend and implement appropriate pricing and distribution strategies to achieve desired sales and profit results.
  • Provide and manage sales forecasts, development plans and product diversification in order to ensure customer demands are constantly met and supplied on time.
  • To ensure the products meet the customer expectations (quality, quantity, access and punctuality).
  • To work closely with Production and Technical team such as R&D Department, QA/QC and Finance to ensure smooth delivery, technical support to customers, collection and product application as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor Degree (in science, business management, marketing or related discipline) with a minimum 3 years commercial working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Those candidate without the above qualification and possess more than 6 years working experience in similar capacity and industry can be considered.
  • Excellent command of English, good communication, negotiation & influencing skills. Ability to speak and read in Mandarin would be added advantages.
  • Demonstrate excellence & expertise in local market & has strong existing business relations.
  • Proficient in warehouse & logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
