Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with solid experience in hardware related products dealing. Ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, providing technical expertise, and strengthening client relationships through solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing hardware products
  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Position 2 : Sales Executive/Manager (Construction Machinery) Klang/Shah Alam

I. Industry Background

Our company operates in the construction machinery industry, offering a wide range of high‑quality construction machinery products, including excavators, loaders, and other related equipment. With a strong market presence and continuous business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction machinery market.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for strategic decision‑making.

Compensation Package

Basic Salary:

The basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills level.

The sales incentives are based on the type of machinery sold. Basic Commission RM1,500‑RM12,000.

Goal Achievements:

  1. Acquisition of new customers (General Construction Segment).
  2. Generate projects / business opportunities to meet the Company's business plans and growth strategies.
  3. Actively look for possibilities to upsell and cross‑sell to existing customers.
  4. Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to closing of the opportunity as well as post‑sales inquiry related to new variation work.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction, implementation procedures and activities for the purpose of providing feedback to clients.
  6. Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are updated and adhered to the corporate image.
  7. Develop solid, long‑term relationships with prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers within the commercial construction industry.
  8. Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.
