A manufacturing company in Kota Bharu seeks a talented sales leader to manage the sales team and drive revenue. You will oversee opening new accounts in Kelantan and Terengganu, conduct market research, and provide training to your team. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience, fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. The role offers a competitive package up to RM5500 with allowances for travel, petrol, and accommodation.
Total package up to RM4000 - RM5500 (depends on individual effort)

Overseeing the entire sales by leading, managing and providing field sales training to the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales target set.
Manage and open new account of distributor and supermarket within Kelantan and Terengganu area.
Monitoring and assisting sales team regarding debt collection and resolving long outstanding where applicable.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales for top management and field managers whenever required.
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.
Studying closely the current market trends for our products and identifying enhancements.
Creating regular sales reports and reviews for top management and superiors when required.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales or Marketing field, preferably in FMCG market.
Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking client.
At least SPM and above or related field.
Must possess own transport.
Willing and has ready to travel.
Excellent sales and negotiation skill.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good planning and organization skill.
Able to work under pressure.
Over deliver and achieving high performance level.
Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
