Job description

Responsibilities

• To be responsible on closing sales, compile & report sales progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• To be familiar with the products in respective region and basic product knowledge of other regions in order to provide prospects with accurate information.
• To be constantly updated on competitor product in the market and build network with personnel across the same industry to gain first hand industry information in order to develop strategic approach toward prospects.
• Build strong rapport and response to prospects enquiries with excellence service every touch point to maintain high customer satisfaction level.
• To maintain and accumulate a database of prospects in PMS (Prospect Management System) in order to create consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
• To coordinate closely with project team to ensure completed unsold units are in good condition.
• To carry out market survey, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
• To ensure compliance of all the sales and marketing policy, SOP and WI, company code of conduct.
