Job Description

Identify and win new business through calls, referrals, networking, and client visits

Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-added solutions.

Prepare winning proposals & presentations – quotations, sales orders, technical proposals, and PowerPoint slides.

Negotiate & close deals while achieving (and exceeding!) monthly & quarterly sales targets.

Stay sharp & organized – track sales activities, update CRM, and prepare clear reports.

Collaborate for success with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Build strong client partnerships and maintain long-term satisfaction.

Travel & explore opportunities within Malaysia and overseas.

Be adaptable – take on exciting new responsibilities as opportunities arise.

Requirements

A Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification – all fields welcome.

3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing is preferred

Valid driving license – company car provided for client visits.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin & English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A team player who thrives in a supportive, energetic environment.

Hungry for growth – proactive, independent, and motivated to achieve success.

Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas for business opportunities.

Bonus points if you have experience in construction materials, environmental protection, aquaculture, agriculture, palm oil, livestock farms, or wastewater treatment – but not a must!
