ROLE OBJECTIVES

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets through effective dealer management and coordination of promotional activities in Penang.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Serve as the key account manager to support and oversee appointed dealers' sales performance.
• Drive achievement of sales targets set for the designated region.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection from dealers.
• Plan and coordinate dealers' advertising and promotional activities (A&P).

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in any Business-related field or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Corporate or Retail Sales.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
