Sales Executive (Pastry Products) - Shah Alam

Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders and establish new customer account.

Conduct market research to identify products’ market trend and identify product position and potential.

Implementation of promotions and roll out for new products.

Manage customer orders to ensure requirements and delivery lead time are met.

Conduct a pre-survey on the travel plans and routes for smooth daily operations

Ensure prompt payment collection from customer.

Handle and solve customers’ complaints through investigating root cause, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.

Prepare daily call report, weekly work plan and monthly sales report.

Job Requirements:

At least two (2) years of working experience in sales preferable in Food Manufacturing industry.

Sales Oriented and good Time Management.

Well versed in both written and oral for English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to work on weekend and public holidays as and when required.

Willing to participate for any roadshow or event when necessary.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
